shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at check out, All items are shipped in the most careful manner possible, this means extra paper and stuffing are added inside the box.  When possible i combine items and try to keep costs for shipping to a minimum.  The costs quoted are the most i will charge for each item. I will notify you if there is a change. 

Your treasured purchase will be shipped within 2 days of my receiving your order, i will also confirm by email message that i have it in stock and it is going to be on its way to you very soon.    

Should you ever receive an item broken in shipping please keep the packaging, and take a photo of the item as you discovered it.  IF the treasure is destroyed in transit i assure you i will give you a full refund.  If you are reading this before your purchase, remember to take a photo of the box before you open it just in case!  thank you

 

Refund policy 
Refunds, first contact me asap, refunds are really difficult so please be sure the item you see is the item you want.  If you have any questions prior to purchase, please reach out.  I do accept returns but can refund only for the price you paid for the item, excluding the price of shipping. I can not refund shipping,  items must be returned with in 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but will offer an exchange or credit to use at bussard grove pottery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. it must be packaged so it will not be broken on the return trip, items which arrive broken will not be eligible for refunded.

Pieces which have been personalized or custom ordered are not eligible for returns.

Sale priced items can not be returned for refund, however i can do a credit towards another item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Then your refund will be processed, i will get the ball rolling to process your refund with in 2 days of receiving the item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, credit cards can take up to a week and a half to show up,  keep in mind some times the banking industry takes it own sweet time.  if you have any concerns please contact me.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was a gift, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. you will be refunded the for the price of the item this does not include the price of shipping. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

for your own security, If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
